Numerical Agenda 2020

Aims :

• Creating awareness towards developments in the field of Informatics Technologies.
• Formation of the Numerical Agenda and Memorandum of Turkey.
• Creating the future of Turkey by means of Informatics Technologies.
• Providing that all the sectors make use of the Informatics Technologies in a proper and effective way within the scope of the developmental goals and strategies of Turkey.
• Contributing to the social, artistic and cultural life of Turkey.
• Doing its part that the life quality of Turkish people enhances.
• Providing a parallel development to the one in EU in the field of IT development in the accession process to the European Union carrying out parallel studies to the programme ”Digital Agenda for Europe” of the European union.
• Formation of the ”IT Scoreboard” of Turkey

More than 600 specialists will work under the roof of TBD until 2020 in more than 40 special fields within 7 targets set. These groups will form ”The Numerical Agenda of Turkey”, feel its pulse in this sense and give shape to the future of our country. The specialists working in this field will have opportunity to come together with the representatives and decision makers of the related national and international organizations in panel discussions, representations, interactive meetings and workshops. Meetings will also be held during the event where the participant will be able to present communiqués relaying information by means of academic, technological and application sample cases.
